Kanz Jordan is a pioneering youth-driven organization empowering young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become active citizens and advocates for their civic rights. Through dynamic trainings, campaigns, and community initiatives, Kanz Jordan inspires youth to engage in public life and create meaningful change in their communities.

At the same time, Kanz Jordan works alongside institutions to build more youth-friendly policies, inclusive environments, and safe spaces where young voices are not only heard, but actively shape decisions and the future of society.

Kanz Jordan was founded by Sanad & Reem whose exposure to diverse national and international experiences inspired them to pursue social change through innovative and impactful approaches.

Drawing on their expertise and global perspectives, they established Kanz Jordan to create meaningful opportunities for young people to lead, participate, and shape their communities.

K2 is a youth-led political salon that creates a safe and inclusive space for active young people to explore, challenge, and refine their perspectives. It encourages open dialogue, critical thinking, and respectful exchange—where differing viewpoints are not only welcomed but valued as part of building deeper understanding and stronger civic engagement.

Kanz Innovation Lab

Kanz Innovation Lab is the creative engine of Kanz Jordan, where ideas are transformed into innovative interventions. It serves as a dynamic space for designing, testing, and developing new approaches that respond to youth needs and civic challenges in fresh, impactful ways.
