This training curriculum is designed to strengthen civic education among adolescents aged 16–19 through an engaging, modular learning approach. Implemented with groups of 15–20 participants, the program creates an interactive environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and personal growth.
Delivered over five weeks, the curriculum covers key modules including Civic Participation, Democracy, Self-Awareness, Financial Literacy, Elections, and a Field Visit experience that connects learning to real-world civic engagement.

Citizenship 102 builds on the knowledge and experiences gained through the Citizenship 101 program, introducing participants to advanced tools and skills such as critical thinking, negotiation, decision-making, and research. The program combines practical, hands-on exercises with guided theoretical readings to deepen participants’ understanding of key civic concepts and their real-life applications.
Centered around the themes of Feminism and Freedom of Expression, the training applies a uniquely Jordanian lens—an innovative learning methodology developed by Kanz Jordan. This approach explores how local ideologies, social perspectives, and cultural contexts intersect with issues of women’s rights and freedom of expression, creating a more relevant and locally grounded learning experience for youth.

ECON 101 is an engaging and accessible training program designed to strengthen economic literacy as a foundation for informed citizenship and active public participation. In the Jordanian context, understanding the evolution of the economy, today’s economic challenges, and how economic decisions are made is essential for young people, civil society actors, and community leaders to participate meaningfully in public dialogue and policy discussions.
The program provides participants with a practical introduction to Jordan’s economy by connecting historical developments, current economic realities, and different economic schools of thought with governance and decision-making processes. Through interactive learning methods, ECON 101 helps participants better understand how economic policies impact their daily lives and communities, while equipping them with the tools to critically engage in economic and public policy conversations.
